Permit Application Builder

1. A Building Permit Application form: this will be from the Municipality, or where accepted, use our online Permit Application (check with your Municipality).,
2. A completed and signed CCASK Permit Application Checklist (see below): this will ensure you have everything you need for an efficient and timely review.
3. Site Plan: we need to know the size and shape of your project, where it sits on your property, and it is imperative that it shows the dimensions of your project to all property lines.
4. Construction Plans and Details: this may require a designer, perhaps even an engineer for some elements, but for simple projects, wherever possible, we have replaced the need for drawn out plans with fill-in-the-blank worksheets.
